I hope this email finds you well.
I received the cover today, and while it is aesthetically pleasing, I found the installation process to be quite difficult. To my dismay, I also discovered sketches on the cover, which was upsetting. I was expecting the cover to be free of any markings, especially as I have not used it at all.
Given the circumstances, I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me a replacement. I believe it's only fair, as the issue is not of my making. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter.

I may have ordered the wrong one but nothing a bit of double sided tape hasn't sorted.
Marks really easily with finger prints etc and hard to clean off, mine broke within 2 days of putting it on!
